Memphis 59 is a rock band that hails from Arlington, Virginia. Their music can be described as a combination of rock, alt-country, and pop. Members include Scott Kurt (vocals/guitar), Chris Zogby (drums), and Rich Lewis (bass). On tour they are usually joined by a number of lead guitarists that could include Grammy winner John Jennings, Rich Tolocka, Jon Manitta or Jason Pualoa. They are sonically influenced by Tom Petty, Paul Westerberg, The Old 97's, and too many more to list.

I love to hear this!The first thing that I read was how you didn't like him.I had to grab my stomach.Then,I read on and see that you love him.I took a huge sigh of relief.You wouldn't believe all of the idiots that don't like him,or don't have a clue how he fought censorship!(It breaks my heart) lolI think this is the toughest album he put out.(Well,one of them)There's not one song on here that I don't like.I love the funky stuff Mister Man...
I could do this all day long.I've got 60 of Frank's albums out of about 180.I was lucky to be turned on to the genius at an early age. lol I'm glad you like it.(At least I think you like Frank)
It's hard to say. They're getting progressively closer to total control over every facet of the internet, and I think this kind of indexes their plans (or at least hopes) of what to do next. Needless to say, I'm sure there will be ways around it, but the fact that ISPs will be getting more and more strict about it is what scares me.
I'm just saying, as they gain power, we lose the independence that makes the internet so great, and if this sort of system gets passed then only more will follow. It's just a big step forward to a really, really big hole. With spikes, and shit like that.
