Domestic Violence happens to men as well as women. Violence against men happens everyday and yet there is almost NO information available to assist men with their recovery. It is my hope that this site will help to inspire others to speak out about their situations and their own journeys so that we may join together in making the public aware that Domestic Violence is a very REAL problem in our society.

Hi, my name is John I live in Rancho Cucamonga California. I was in a physically, verbally, sexually ABUSIVE marriage for 16 years. I started this web site because there is absolutely NO! I repeat NO! Help for abused men that I can find. Most the information I get from the web and personal experience. This page was started 02-09-2007 and I will update it daily if possible. We need help in all areas from web design to legal help to grant finders to just support. If this is something close to your heart PLEASE HELP any way you can.

I spent most of today pulling weeds from between the flagstone. The way my back is feeling right now from bending over, I'm glad I don't have to walk on all fours. hehehe This evening when I close my eyes, I think I'll take a walk through this quaint little village. We are suppose to have nice weather for Sunday and Monday. Finally, it should be safe to plant my vegetable garden.
