In the Spring of 2005 death metal band MENARCA was born in Southern Italy. Members came from other metal bands of the local underground scene: Infected Brains (Stefano, Antonio) and No Mercy (Alfredo). Menarca band members are Alfredo (guitars), Antonio (drums) and Stefano (vox and bass),

They have established strong ties using their common artistic visions, which lead them to compose their first songs immediately.

From the beginning, the band works very hard to promote their music with intense live activity, also playing in several festivals with other extreme metal bands.

In the beginning of 2007 MENARCA’s first demo “Heart Bleeding” is released.

In November 2008 Francesco (Vexation) is new MENARCA drummer!

I MENARCA, death metal band dalla provincia di Caserta, nascono come trio nella primavera del 2005, in seguito all'incontro tra Alfredo (chitarra), Antonio (batteria) e Stefano (voce e basso), ognuno proveniente da precedenti esperienze in altre band della scena metal locale.

Tra loro si instaura immediatamente un forte legame che, unito ad una comune visione artistica, li porterà da subito a realizzare le prime composizioni.

Sin dall'inizio il gruppo si dedica ad un'intensa attività live, suonando in numerosi locali e partecipando a diversi eventi e mini-festival (sempre in ambito underground).

A gennaio 2007 viene realizzato il primo demo autoprodotto dei MENARCA, dal titolo "Heart Bleeding".

I molti riscontri positivi ricevuti spingono notevolmente ad intensificare l'attività compositiva che porta alla realizzazione (gennaio 2007) del primo demo-cd dal titolo "Heart Bleeding", contenente 3 tracce: Heart Bleeding, Assassin Coma, Eviscerating...

Nel luglio 2008 iniziano le registrazioni del nuovo lavoro. In ottobre Antonio lascia i MENARCA e, come nuovo batterista, entra nel gruppo Francesco (Vexation).
