| General | Tend to vary from month to month, really. At the moment, I'm immersed in my first and greatest literary love--the works of one J.R.R. Tolkien. | | Music | Mainly soundtracks, of the instrumental and foreign-ish variety.
Big fan of Cirque du Soleil, Kanno Yoko, and certain J-rock artists.
I also love old-school "contemporary" Christian music, but I'm not too impressed by most of the recent stuff. | | Movies | There aren't many movies I'll watch more than once.
I adore Mel Brooks, Monty Python, "The Princess Bride," most musicals, and the latest batch of Chinese wu-xia films ("Hero," "House of Flying Daggers," etc.).
"28 Days Later" is one of the finest films I've ever seen, but I can't ever watch it again; it scared the absolute daylights out of me.
(Note: NOT a horror-flick fan.) | | Television | I'm not much for television, although there are a few shows I hugglesquish:

~Any "Star Trek"
~"Stargate: SG-1"
~"The X-Files"
~"Doctor Who"
~"CSI"
~"Iron Chef"

~Miyazaki's films | | Books | I enjoy mostly sci-fi and fantasy, although I'm a compulsive reader, so I tend to pick up whatever's lying around.
J.R.R. Tolkien's "The Silmarillion" will always be one of my favorites, outranking even his LOTR trilogy, and anything by Dennis McKiernan is a must-read.
