If you really want to know how MIS came about.. It's like this... And there's not a single lie in the whole story.... honest!
While on a routine space flight, The ship "Mr Vanguard" was saturated to the point of saturation with a field of cosmic radiation. Aside from transpoting the crew of four instantly into the future, it also gave them super rockin' powers.
With their home far away, MEN into SPACE had no choice but to fly by instruments alone. MEN into SPACE continue their quest to find home in the unfamiliar world they find themselves in today. In the meantime, they just want to Rock, Rock, Rock.
These guys sing about the moon and the stars.... not sitting under them... travelling to them! "Singing about love and such things... that's just not relevant to us", reveals John 'Comet' McCauley. "Give us a girl on Mars or a rocket to Venus, either way, we're happy!" Orbitting Mars to nuclear fission, Isotopes to satellites or just chicks in silver suits... That's what we like.
To see MEN into SPACE play, you might think you were on a movie set. " Yes, we do use a lot of things from the ship in our show, Our instruments are all unique and we always play in our space suits and helmets... you never can tell when you are going to play a venue with no atmosphere"

Yes it's true...I'm doing Dry July. I know you probably don't believe that I'm actually taking a month off the booze, but I am, and it's all for the very worthy cause that benefits the lives of adults living with cancer right across Australia.
In support of my brave 'Dry' efforts both myself and our fabulous hospitals across Australia would greatly appreciate any generous donations you may be able to provide.
I've set up my profile page where you can see how I'm going, make a donation and contribute to my messages of support.
Alternatively, you can head to the homepage (www.dryjuly.com) and make a donation to me using the search feature.
It's definitely not going to be an easy month for me, but I'm confident I can make it through the challenge! Maybe it's something you could try as well? You can always buy a Golden Ticket if you need to have a drink during July!
I hope you believe in the concept as much as I do and can help while I go Dry this July!
PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO ANYBODY YOU THINK MAY BE INTERESTED IN SUPPORTING ME.
