With the Death Row Rumblers and Wrecking Crew going head to head both teams have yet to win a game this season both teams have something to prove. That they will not go down without a fight. Jammer and blocker Heike DeSkirt is now a Rumbler and I'm sure the Crew will not go easy one her. Former Rumbler Delta Blow rejoined the DDD after a season off and is a member of the Crew. How will her old team react? The Crew's motto has been Crew 4 Life while the Rumblers swear that once you are a Rumbler you bleed orange forever. It possible we may find out on June 13th. This is bound to be one gut wrenching drama filled bout!
The currently undefeated Slaughterers are set up to play the Suicide Shifters in what could be a very interesting game. New Shifter and 2007 Jammer of the Year, former Wrecking Crew power jammer, Anita Riot, who retired at the end of the 2008 season is making her comeback and this time she is a Shifter! This could be a problem for the Slaughterers who while still racking up the wins seem to have lost some of their edge this year and have yet to completely blow out another team like in years past. However, don't let that fool you. The Slaughterers always have a trick up their sleeve and are not about to just lay down. They will fight tooth and nail to ensure total domination, we would expect nothing less from them.
Be at the NYTEX Sports Centre on June 13th, doors open at 7:00pm and the bout begins at 7:30.
