Favorites: God's grace, my husband's loving embrace, amazingly supportive parents, spying on our kids when they're playing sweetly, a godly heritage, friends who make me laugh and forgive my shortcomings, the DAWGs in the Pound who share their lives and allow us to learn with them, Family Circus comics, Smurfs cartoons, the many people who have invested their time and expertise into training myself or my family, singing in the shower, dancing in the rain, the smells of homemade bread and sun-dried laundry, second chances, long walks, starlit nights, peach roses, Tim Horton's iced cappuccino, fond memories of the past and great hope for the future.
