A glorious sound rising from the St. Louis area. Mercy's Child has a unique and yet universal appeal. They do not subscribe to any genre of music other then what God gives them.
Mercy's Child is a contemporary Christian Rock Band that combines powerful upbeat music with truths from the Bible.
Adam Krock (vocals and acoustic guitar) and
Lou Bradbury (vocals and acoustic guitar) began working together in 1994. They released their first CD "Mercy's Child" in 1999, and soon after that percussionist Matthew Conner began playing with them.
In 2000 Richard Daniels (lead guitar and backup vocals) brought a new sound to an already unique style of music. They released their second CD "Child of God" in 2002, and last year Toby Trentadue (bass guitar) and Stan Sirtak (drums) again redefined Mercy's Child's sound.
Their versatility finds them playing acoustic sets with half the group in small settings and the full band that rocks for Jesus where they can be accommodated. The group stays quite busy with their music.
Every Friday evening at 7:30 they lead Praise and Worship for "Riches in Christ" a rich Word based Bible study taught by Diane Kannady, and on Saturday nights they are generally booked at coffee houses and outreaches. Sunday mornings they play at various churches.
Mercy's Child's goal is to impact lives by proclaiming Gods truth in their songs they play their original music to large and small groups but always to one heart at a time.
They are a local ministry that sees a mission field right here in St. Louis.
