Recently, I added a new song to my music player called, "Always" which might be one of the best songs I've written so far. Tthe chorus was scored for an entire violin section, however, in studio, I had one violinist, Jan "Yes I Can" Sullins. I asked her to single handedly create the sound of a "Hollywood style" string section. This is almost like telling someone, "Please jump rope one handed 10 times while monkeys nip at your feet."
Lucky for me, Jan worked some magic and now you can hear it for yourself. So can you do me a favor? Well the word from the Writers Guild of Great Britain is that Graham Farrow is looking forward to his arrival in Owensboro in two weeks time, but that may just be an ugly rumour...
