The Mere Mortals was pieced together from a number of previous bands we had all been a part of at one time or another, with members formerly of The Eileens, The Soulmates, Descendant, Good Question and many others I can't think of right now. One look at our set list and you will see the diversity in our song selection. We're doing this for the fun of playing in front of folks that like to see bands play danceable, singable tunes. So stop out sometime and check us out.
Oh geez, I haven't taken it out of it's case since April. I would sound like ass if I tried to play tomorrow, and I wouldn't want that to be your first impression of my 'bone-abilities.
My dancing shoes, however, never give me any problems...
Hey guys! Had a great time last night, as always. I just want to say how great I think you are - every single member of the band is a such an incredible musician, I love watching you guys play. Mo blows me away every time, and I love that you are all strong singers so you sing in harmony a lot. You guys are definitely my favorite local band, thanks for being so awesome :) Thanks also for the extra shirt, and for not getting annoyed with us when we play your tambourines! Peace!
oh no no new dates for shows!!!!!!!!!!i'm going to have withdrawl. fyi i still have dirt in my toe nails from the last time u played haha.....even the very nice chinese pedi couldn't get it out.
