MerizieR es una banda de rock alternativo, muy influenciado por el J-rock especialmente de la línea del eroguro y el metal en general, tienen un sonido muy versátil y variado, tratando de no caer en la monotonía, con guitarras rasgueadas, ritmos agresivos y a veces contagiosos, un sello potente que pasa por melodías armónicas a gritos guturales, Merizier intenta dejar en claro las múltiples influencias musicales de cada integrante que conforma la banda (rock progresivo, brit rock, metal core, etc), con una gran visión de lo que es un show, preocupación de la estética visual y puesta en escena de sus presentaciones en vivo asemejando todo el enigma que poseen las bandas de rock japonés y su tendencia visual kei.
