Come experience the workout that has everyone talking. Now offered twice a week, classes are held every Wednesday afternoon at 6pm and every Thursday morning at 10am. For only $10 bucks a class, you can't afford NOT to participate!

Hip Hop with Calvin

Tuesdays @ 5:30 for only $10

Instructor Calvin Fletcher brings a fun twist to fitness! So you want to dance? Then let’s do it while melting pounds! This class is designed to help you get into shape to the latest hip hop grooves and the hottest hip hop moves around. This funky class is one you'll definitely love! No experience is required for this fun dance workout.

Merrimack Academy for the Performing Arts, Inc., d/b/a Merrimack Hall Performing Arts Center, is a 501 (c)(3) organization founded by Debra and Alan Jenkins in October, 2006. Merrimack Hall Performing Arts Center’s mission is to provide educational and performance opportunities to the area's emerging and established performers. Recognizing Huntsville’s growing demand for cultural and entertainment activities, the Jenkins decided to pair their financial resources with their passion for the performing arts to develop a new venue for music, theatre and dance. After months of searching for the right location, and inspired by its history, they purchased Merrimack Hall in the summer of 2006. The Jenkins have provided Merrimack Hall’s renovation as a gift to the community.
