Classical Renaissance a cappella group with folk song influences.
Formerly a gaggle of beautiful and lovely ladies who sing with such sweet and dulcet tones as to bring a tear to the eye and a boisterous laugh to the belly. A madrygal group as to calm the soul and please the eye. A group of songbirds to be fondly remembered by all.
The Merrye Madrygal Mavyns last performed as a group together in 2008 and are no longer recording together. The members have now gone their separate ways, some to pursue separate interests and others to form a new group. They will be sorely missed by all who heard their siren call.
