Merry Men are a remarkably prolific band whose wit, energy, and musical technique combine powerfully to create an unforgettable live performance. Situated somewhere between The Presidents of the United States of America, Ween and Supergrass mixed with the attitude of Megatron and the versatility of Frank Zappa, this band promise to deliver a good, healthy dose of jolly rock n roll.
Consisting of: Fat G - Vocals, Bass and officially The Worlds Tallest Midget Carlospresents... - Guitars and Backing Vocals Jonatron Howefire - Drums and Backing Vocals
On guitars, singing, shouting, throwing out DIY moves, Merry Men entertain their audiences in a true jolly punk rock style mixed with comedic fervour as Carlos's aerobic guitar solos and Fat G's grooving bass lines dance over poetic lyrics and chunky rock n roll beats.
The band have existed for a little less than two years but in that time have made a outstanding impact on the music world. Having played hundreds of shows at many top venues in major cities such as Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield and Leeds, Merry Men have built up a wide, varied and loyal fan base due their all out dedication and hard work.
Their debut EP, The Power, has shifted an admirable amount of copies and continues to do so through the bands relentless self-promotion. This has lead them to be featured on radio stations such as Fuse Fm, Shock Radio, Frequency Radio and LSR FM, amongst many others and interviews and reviews have appeared in publications such as Lancashire Evening Telegraph, Manchester Evening News and various newspapers and fanzines from Manchester, Liverpool, Bradford, Leeds and Sheffield. Their ever-growing popularity shows no sign of stopping.
Merry Men are looking to take their brand of Jolly Rock n Roll far and want to spread their musical seed all over the country and beyond. The boys are currently looking for a record label who know that they can handle the rise of a constantly hard working and promising young band with an already established fan base and a catchy, addictive sound.

Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.
