i have always found instrumental music fascinating, ever since i first heard the Morricone score to A Fistful of Dollars,at 5 years old! It was the way that the music played with your emotions, taking you away to places, something i have strived for in my music ever since..

I am an Artist, producer, drummer, remixer and DJ-I record under various guises,my main thing being Eat Static (Full On SciTrance)closely followed by Dendron(Breaks and Drum n Bass),Flexitones(Latino/Funky),Hi-Fi Companions(Chilled Lounge),Metal Sharon(Experimental Trance).I have been in various bands since 1978 and still going strong! I was also a long time drummer of Ozric Tentacles, playing many of the free festivals and some of the big festivals like Glastonbury and Phoenix..Things have come full circle recently as i find myself back on the drum kit and playing for long time festival stalwarts,Here and Now! Eat Static has now been going for 19 years (my god!)and i am looking forward to releasing some interesting new things for the twentieth anniversary next year. The beginning of 2008 saw long time cohort Joie Hinton leave the band for the quiet life! This is by no means, the end of Eat Static, just the dawn of a new era.I have just completed album number 12 (Back To Earth) which is a downtempo album for Canadian friends,Interchill, released this July 14th 2008.I still love going out and playing live all around the world, melting people's brains in the process...For information about Eat Static or to book me,write to staticinfo@eatstatic.co.uk

THE RETURN OF THE BAT
Specimen will bring their special brand of glam mayhem, The Batcave to London again.
After last year’s wildly-successful 25th anniversary Batcave event, The Batcave returns to its original spawning ground of London’s West End on Sunday July 19 for another night of blasphemy, lechery and blood.
Specimen (Fresh from a fantastic show at Leipzig’s Waves Gotik festival), the original Batcave instigators will headline the lurid frolics at the Embassy Club, (29 Old Burlington St, London W1S3AP) Also on the bill are original Batcavers Sexbeat, with DJs Hamish and Cavey Nick, cavorting from decks to decadence with the usual brutal, trouser-dropping surprises & suitably confronting & barbaric entertainment.
The 2009 Batcave will feature installations from exciting new artists of the ‘Dark London Underground’ and visuals from the upcoming ‘Welcome To The Batcave’ book, along with this year’s bitcrushed message from the creature in t

SECRET VIBES new album FireFly
Now available from Aboriginal Records
"Firefly" hallmarks the cornerstone and encapsulates a decade's worth of musical ingenuity, talent, and experience. An accomplished colorful music mixing traditional instruments (flute, didgeridoo, jewharp, etc...), sensible, powerful voices, world and ethnic music touches (tribal, celtic, oriental, latino) with a typical electronic touch.
