MESS2 was born in Termoli (south east coast of Italy) and there he works. He started to paint on walls in his own city with tags,bombings and letterings. Later,MESS2 improved his visual language and leaved the straight expression way of writing to dedicate himself completely to the figurative art. In 2001 he licensed at “B.jacovitti” artistic high school. in the same year he started the art academy of Bologna. In Bologna MESS2 taked part to several exhibition and lot of jams,happenning and events. with [X] he set up the “sheep and insomnia”project which is still active in underground art scene and its main events. MESS2 is also a musician who compose using analog and digital machines.(old akai s 1000,roland sp 808, korg elektribe mx,boss sp 303,kaoss pad 2,alesis midiverb 2,pc,wave lab,nuendo 3,battery and more plug in,minidisk,speak and spell,grillo fonillo,spray,cutter,pencils,too many bottles of wine and other stuff…) In his audio componements you can find the same essential form that is inside his figurative expressions,in this way you can hear a language build on two different grammars which are free one from the ather.
