Since summer 2005 the sound called MESSENJAH have been playing reggae music with one purpose, one mission : supporting and promoting the jamaican music and culture.
Composed of FLO and FRANTCHESS, buying records, releasing mix-cd and recording dubplates and specials, MESSENJAH keep on sharing dis passion for the music in any kind of dances, playing from Roots Foundation to Digital or Dancehall...
Based in Normandy, France, MESSENJAH have been playing along side nuff local sounds in different places and different city, participating on many radio shows, the MESSENJAH fighted his first soundclash in Bordeaux (with Zapo & Youth Lion) and work everyday to prepare dances and clashes...
October 2008 was released the first mix-cd called MESSENJAH meets XTERMINATOR, the first part of a big project : presenting the biggest reggae labels and producers. Do not hesitate to link us to get your copy and stay tuned, more to come !
MESSENJAH set up many dances like the "COMING IN HOT" (Bar Laplace - Caen) or many party at the Ubu Café, and was involved in many shows promoted by different people with different artists (from France like MR FLOW, CAPORAL & MICKEE 3000, DADDY NUTTEA, YANIS ODUA or internationnal like SUGAR ROY & CONRAD CRYSTAL) and with lot's of sounds (PVSS, CREATA, ROOTS FYAH, IRIE ITES, GORGON MISSION...).
Strong of a few years in action, MESSENJAH is ready to travel and perform anywhere in France, Europe and more...
