Sounds Like
Someone wailing, and someone abusing effect processors.
Started by (Metal) Jason Conde-Houston, and Garde (Daniil Fedtsov) in the abandonded residence of Pat Seick, in the summer of 2001. As the project progressed, the band used influences from early Syd Barrett days of Pink Floyd to Space Rock gods of Hawkwind. In the fall of 2003, Deadly Ed joins the band on synth and keyboards.
After three years of recording Triligy slowly, it was finally finished in 2006. By that time, Metal Garde had numerous changes in the line-up, including all the ex-members of Coyotes with Mike Eckel and Jake Anzaruth on percussions and Danners Beutler on lead guitar. In 2006, Danny's brother Elliot took over for drums, but by that time Metal Garde needed to land the ship back into spaceport where it came.
In the fall 2006, Metal Garde played the last few shows together. Garde and Elliott formed Musemakers with Ed and Danny playing in the first shows. Metal and Danners moved to Seattle. On January 8th, 2007 Deadly Ed was fatally hit by a moving RV on freeway 5 close to his house, leaving numerous friends stunned, shocked, and in disbelief. Musemakers currently play as a duo.
As of August of 2007, Garde has moved in the Snake Mountain, the homebase of Seattle bands such as Skelator, and Iron Falcon. Jason is still the lead singer of Skelator, Danners and Mike Eckel have joined the new Coyotes lineup in Seattle still led by Patrick Seick. Elliot is exploring south east Asia for the remainder of the year. Metal Garde reunion is in talks, however there were already two houseparty appearences, with minimalistic lineups of either two or three members including Mike Eckel on drums.
Hey guys!!
We wanted to personally invite you to our show at the Beuaty Bar tonight (april 9th)... because you smell nice.
We're playing with a band from out of town called Brown Shoe, so we'd love to give them the opportunity to play in front of a lot of San Diegans...

A scandalous, interactive electro show involving outrageous costumes, audience controlled special effects and explosive props. MONO MONO redefines the rules between artist and audience.
Lead singer Nicki Walker has been likened to “Tracy Chapman channeling Hendrix,” with thought provoking lyrics, whiskey soft vocals, driving guitar leads and an almost other-worldly charisma.
Visually shocking and politically spicy, their live presentation is like adrenaline for the eyes and brain. Incorporating elements of new wave, dance, and rock with a decidedly queer slant.

This is my music video for "It's Not Easy When You're Me"
You guys, I've been told I need to do a better job of promotimg my band, so I'm trying my hand at ye olde myspace spamming... Have you ever been friends with a myspace spammer? Have you ever woken up next to a myspace spammer? I figure in the future we'll all probably be robots anyway, so I'm cool with it...
Hi there Metal Garde first of all we'd like to say thanks for being our myspace pal. We wanted to make sure you knew the reason incase we suddenly vanish off of your friends list. The movement we've started for indie artists has grown significantly and consumes all of our time these days. We seldom sign into our myspace account and this is making several people believe that we are ignoring them. We are not ignoring anyone, we wanted everyone to know that. What we're doing has become so busy we just don't have the time for myspace any longer, so in all honesty we are probably going to just close our myspace account.
Many people wanted to use us in the future so if you were one of those people make sure you bookmark the link below so that in the event that we do close our myspace account you won't lose contact with us. I wish you the best of luck in your music career. Thanks again for being our myspace pal.
