Who I'd like to meet:
Other Metalsmiths and people interested in learning about this cool club. Colorado State University offers a B.F.A and M.F.A. in Jewelry and Metalsmithing. Currently, we have about 15 undergraduate majors and 2 MFA students. Our studio is well equipped with all that stuff you'll need to make metal art. We also have a blacksmithing area indoor/outdoor which is pretty cool if you are into that. NEWS AND EVENTS --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We will be hosting our first visiting artist of the semester, Tina Rath. She will be having a public lecture in the Lory Student Center, Rm. 230. on Friday, February 6th at 6:00pm. Everyone is welcome to attend!
We will also be having another visiting artist, David Freda, who will hold a public lecture on the 16th of April and a public workshop the 17th and 18th of April. (more details coming soon)
