Far better it is to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure, than to rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy nor suffer much because they live in the gray twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat.
It behooves every man to remember that the work of the critic is of altogether secondary importance, and that in the end, progress is accomplished by the man who does things.
It was 60 degrees when I parked it there!
This why the trunklid doesn't fit, you have a half inch of bondo there!
2006 Mustang in for a gear swap, cold air intake and computer tuning.
I picked this up for 400 bucks. I has a 4.3/auto with low miles. Body needs some love. Hey, that is what I am good at?! I slapped some 87 Monte Carlo wheels on it(Good Rubber layin around) and have been driving it. With some other parts I have laying around I am gonna make it a nice daily driver, fun and reliable. Shaved handles and custom tails are planned.

I started this Blazer in 98. I rolled it around with a 2 inch drop for a while before I started cutting it in 2000. It died in a horrible trailer accident. R.I.P.
After the body drop. Working out the new front bumper.
Cadi tails and hand formed roll pan and shaved body line(Welded in)
Rough sketch of the sheet metal interior I was gonna build.
My old S-10 front. I was gonna use it on the blazer. Diamond tilt anyone?
Tailgate from the old ride. What the hell was I thinkin with the chevy symbol third brake light? I made the tailgate filler and roll pan and license box.

You can see the 2 large pieces we had to replace on the rear. Also along the whole lower edge.
Replaced the widshield post outer skin. Hand made on the air hammer.
A look at the front suspension. Custom made billet backing plates and control arms. All made in house.
Hand made control arms and a whole lot of dust.
You can see the boxed rails and tubing crossmembers. Also visable is the new floor structure.
The structure of the floor is visable along with the mounting brackets for engine electronics.
We removed all the wood and replaced it with steel. You can see the custom fabricated beam next to the door opening. New floor looking good.
Tuned port 305 with some goodies, in car for mock up.
You can see a lot of the floor and mounting brackets for all the goodies. Planning ahead saves time and money later on!
This pic gives you a good idea what the car looked like before we took it apart! Louvered hood done at Iron Horse South!
Hand formed steel dash! The original sucked too much!
This is the panel over the trunk.
A good look at the suspension. Control arms were made in house along with other goodies for the brakes.
