First of all, thanks for visiting our page. In a world full of dirty south and crunk instrumentals made by bedroom producers we are trying to bring you some good hip-hop productions, avoiding the overused southern style and synthetic sounds.
Here you have a list with our available instrumentals divided in
free* and
non-exclusive* beats (these 2 terms are explained below). The exclusive rights can be purchased by contacting us at
metamorphic92gmail.com. We don't have fixed prices for them, usually they are lower than 250$ (for a customer who was bought at least 3 beats from us).
So, here is a nicely explained buying process:
1. After you decided which instrumental fits better for your next song click the "Buy" button.
2. A new secure PayPal page will open. Now the beat was added to your cart. You can close the page and repeat step 1 or if you wish to buy just one instrumental click "Proceed to checkout".
3. Complete the payment form carefully to avoid any mistakes. If it's all ok your payment will be confirmed and you will see the link(s) to instantly download your instrumentals.
And that's all! Fast and simple.
Terms:
Free license instrumentals
Also known as free beats.
1. The user can download the MP3 track at a 128kbps or 192kbps quality;
2. All the rights go to its producer, the user it's not allowed to edit or alter the beat in any way;
3. Usable for internet promotion (MySpace, SoundClick, YouTube, etc); the beat may not be used for mixtapes, demos and/or personal albums;
4. The finished song can not be sold.
Non-exclusive license instrumentals
Also known as non-exclusive/leasing beats.
1. The customer will receive the MP3 track at a 192kbps quality (in a .zip/.rar file) along with a license agreement;
2. The customer must credit the producer in every commercial recording (50% rights go to the customer, 50% rights go to the producer);
3. Usable for internet promotion (MySpace, SoundClick, YouTube, etc), demos and mixtapes;
4. The finished song may be sold (under 10.000 units);
5. The customer can edit or alter the beat by adding extra sounds, increasing tempo, slowing it down, speeding it up as long as it gives credit to its producer.
Exclusive license instrumentals
Also known as exclusive beats.
1. The customer will receive the MP3 track at a 192kbps quality + the WAV file at a 44.100Hz, 16 bit quality (in a .zip/.rar file along with a license agreement) + 1 bonus non-exclusive instrumental (at his choice; the producer will contact the customer only if he will submit his e-mail address on the billing form);
2. The customer must credit the producer in every commercial recording;
3. The finished song may be sold (unlimited sales, royalty free);
4. Usable for internet promotion (MySpace, SoundClick, YouTube, etc), mixtapes, albums, radio and live performances;
5. The beat can not be sold further by its producer;
6. The customer can edit or alter the beat by adding extra sounds, increasing tempo, slowing it down, speeding it up as long as it gives credit to its producer.

Note: Royalty free means you only pay the one time purchasing fee. Take your song to the 1 spot on the Billboard Charts and still keep all your royalties. Perform your song at sold out concerts and still keep all your royalties. Achieve worldwide radio play and still keep all your royalties.

The "Fear The Unknown" mixtape is in development. The title describes it well: it will be a project which will feature worldwide underground emcees, from african countries to United States.
Because we are only at the beginning with this, we are looking for skilled and trustful artists to "spit fire" on our instrumentals. The mixing and other adjustments will be made by us (if you can't do that by yourself, of course). As long as you have a good quality microphone all should be ok. Also, if you can record at a studio it will be great.

The finished song may be used by for artist's online promotion on sites like MySpace or SoundClick (50% rights go to the artist, 50% rights go to the producer). The deadline for a song is given by the artist, not by us. However, if somebody exceeds the limit with more than 1 week then the beat will be given to another MC. You know, time is money.
Mixtape progress (updated weekly): 35%; 5 finished songs, 8 finished beats.
PS: Apply only if you are serious about this! If you think you can easily get a free beat just for you, think again. All of the instrumentals will be copyrighted. This will not be "just another mixtape". It will be "straight hip-hop", without southern or crunk influences.
