"Me and My Ideal Match"... I am an easy going guy... I accept people the way they are... love to travel... love to cook... just a fun loving teddy bear with a big heart ... I love everyone... never met a stranger... love sunsets on the beach, mountains, island life... Have lived on Maui and Catalina islands... I am comfortable out on the town in a tux (which I own), to a charity gala or at home just hanging out... still looking to find my soul mate, a best friend... I am just a romantic at heart... I am happy... You are a kind, big hearted, giving, intelligent, sexy, communicative, honest, sincere woman... who doesn't need a man, but wants a teddy bear to share your full life, a best friend... One to hold and cuddle up to on a cold winters night, buy a fireplace... You don't mind showing affection in public, such as holding hands and kissing, because you love your teddy... You like the outdoors and being active... you love music... you are comfortable dressed for the oscar's or at home in blue jeans... The best piece of advice, I got from my mom and dad... "Just be yourself"... My favorite quote is; "there are only two things in this world, love and fear, one is not real, there is only love"..., the course in miracles... My secret talent is I am a great cook/chef... In my younger days I made my living as a chef... I was able to live in many resorts and fine places as a chef... My specialty is prime rib, I love to cook... My favorite vacation was to Maun, Botswana, Africa... The people there are so kind and gentle... To see all the wild animals in their natural surroundings is great... the way of life there is so slow, basic and laid back.. My favorite outdoor activity is snow sking, the clean mountain air, the scenery, the great exillerating exercise, the thrill of going fast downhill, I just love it!!! Do you snow ski??? My second choice is watching the sunset on the beach, with a special friend...The colors, the pounding waves, the awesomeness of it all, makes me feel alive...!!! I want to go to New Zealand... I want to go there because it is a beautiful country, its an island, I love island life... Its a place where you can swim in the ocean and ski on the mountains on the same day... Where would you like to go that you haven't been yet??? I love to travel to new places, meet new people, experience their way of life, check out the history of new places... I have ALS... But there is hope for me, my condition seems to have stopped progressing. I have already lived a lot longer than anyone thought I would. I can't speak, I use a little computer, a Franklin, it speaks for me. I still walk a short distance, with a walker. I need help dressing, in and out of bed, showering... I have lots of good help.. I live in a very nice health care center, were I'm well cared for, which frees the burden on friends and family... I have an electric wheelchair, a laptop computer with DSL, Dish TV with HBO, a dvd-vcr player and lots of books, magazines. So I have all I need to stay busy...
