Methadone was born in a small town on an island off of the west coat of Canada into a bohemian, extremely literate and media savy family. With an Older sister and and two supportive parents he went out and found what he needed to make him happy. Music. After endearing a long series of hardships (as everyone does) Methadone eventually found his friends. A group of misfits with varying degrees of strangeness. After a long conversation with one of them, The three decided to form a Techno Group. Thus came Tripolar.
Tripolar turned out to be a massive failure, involving a dropped out member and a song that just wasn't quite right... leaving only two members, the then known Twitch 256 and DJ Amnesia. As the two progressed through projects and band names, Methadone eventually realised though techno was fun, it wasn't his calling.. he liked hip hop, he liked mellow, he liked trip hop. So he moved to his own solo project... 3 years after the original band's start.
Changing his pseudonym from Twitch 256 to MC Methadone to Methadone he eventually decided to produce everything himself. All the instrumentals, all the beats all the vocals. Thusly came Demo1.
Demo1 didn't release, though came to all friends and family with good outcome, everyone liked what was happening, so Methadone pursued, mixing and pressing tracks to create a second album, a follow to demo1 that released to a 46 copy output. 16 albums sold 1st day, with more over the next week, pushing Methadone to move further in his interests.
However, falling outs occur, and Amnesia was taken off of all follow up projects, the pair couldn't work together for personal reasons, outside of the professional range. So.. Methadone turned to himself and moved. In Edmonton, home of Cadence weapon, Champion City, Methadone took to a new theory of music, lyricism and organics. With a guitar, and dope rhythms in his head Methadone took to making not only an album, but a renaissance piece of work. Something to be proud of.

I read your bio and it's great to see that you've got a supportive family - that's not necessarily a given but it is a great help. Now tell them they should join myspace and send you some comments! ;)
