KEITH WILSON : GOBZ n' STRUMZ - Electric and acoustic guitars, ukulele, harmonica, pneumatic drills and organic verbal remedies.
JAY IRVING : BINGZ n' BANGZ - Drumz, claw hammer, all things all-bang and equestrian statue.
MIKE SMITH : PLONKZ n' BLOWZ - Vital organs, casual Sax, two-man wood saw and moveable arms and legs.
RODDIE GILLIARD : PLUCKZ n' SLAPZ - Bass, turk's head, origami sushi and time-served undercoat.
ALEX BARANOWSKI : STRINGZ n' THINGZ - Orchestration, Xmas cake and three bar electric fire.
Whichever way the wind blows the grit of absurdity, this handsome pick n' mix assortment continue to produce cool, satisfying, multi-faceted, pigeon-hole defying, enigmatic aural pleasure for ears of all shapes and sizes.

Sounds Like
The Ruts and The Bonzos assembling a rather troublesome deckchair accompanied by The Banana Splits, a pair of kazoos and a steam driven ukelele.
Chipperfield's Circus, Led Zeppelin, Girls Aloud, Take That and Sooty – these are some of the people Keith has never worked with. Undisturbed, this handsomely-wrapped guitarist, poet and author of peculiar songs has seen active service with the MUTANTS (SEE BLOG), GEISHA GIRLS, AFTER A FASHION, THE EXPLODING HAMSTERS, SPIDER MONKEYS and most recently THE LOVETONES. Keith is also a co-conspirator and occasional member of cult 60's Liverpool band THE SCAFFOLD.
As a headline act (both solo and with his band THE METHYLATED SPIRITUALISTS), he has toured extensively throughout the UK and Europe, and during a hailstorm of former lives has opened for numerous acts including the Jam, the Buzzcocks, Ultravox, the Police, Big Country, Nik Turner, Paul Weller, Elvis Costello, The Damned, Blondie, The Stranglers, Joe Strummer and Billy Bragg.
No stranger to the dressing-up box, Keith has written and performed a veritable smorgasbord of eclectic delicacies for theatre, television, film and radio and has worked for every major broadcaster in the UK and Ireland. He has put words into the mouths of numerous actors including James Nesbitt, Colin Salmon, Paul Kaye, Danny Dyer, Phil Daniels, Kevin Whately and Leo Gregory. Often wearing a casual yet distant look due to his additional commitments as a writer, broadcaster and film maker, his most unusual blast up the cathode ray tube was as co-presenter and comedy stunt man on Channel FIVE'S crime-busting series 'McINTYRE'S BIG STING' (2006/7) with undercover reporter Donal McIntyre. Since 2007, Keith has been writer-in-residence and a leftfield presenter for the innovative television sports channel SETANTA. Dip in for a fine selection of one-size-fits-all tactically astute footie shorts before most live games or tune in to the 'FOOTBALL MATTERS' show each monday night and marvel at his collection of facial contortions, creative linguistics and cool vintage overcoats.
In between doing showbiz, opening supermarkets and launching battleships, he managed to squeeze out the debut solo album 'SLIP OF THE TONGUE' with producers Roddie Gilliard and Steve Powell in 2008. Featuring musicians who’ve worked with Jools Holland, The Magic Band, Arthur Brown, Ike Willis, Napoleon Murphy Brock and Steve Winwood, this isn’t simply words and music - this is poetry in commotion. Including an a la carte menu of moans, groans and rhythm methods more usually associated with the Karma Sutra, this seductively packaged pot pourri of well-versed aural stimulation has already startled many a horse. Also enviously packaged, the mini skirted follow up album 'RAPSCALLION BOP' is now on street corners looking for business. For those in awe of the French Horn heed this warning - wear sensible shoes and assume the recovery position consistent with indecent exposure, as this esoteric long player contains a sackful of nuts, full frontal brass rubbings and a sizeable but humane dose of orchestration. It is however, lovely on the lobes and very suitable indeed for the lapsed vegetarian.
In addition, as well and also, the eagerly-anticipated travelogue soapy-doc-opera almost poetry book 'IRRITABLE VOWEL SYNDROME' (SEE BLOG) will be blowing its cover and tingling its spine during the autumnal flushes of 2009. Tuck in your shirts and prepare the rubber gloves - 'tis a warm handful indeed. And to ward off any potential of the circus running away with him, Keith is currently writing a musical in black biro with ex-Scaffold, Grimms and Tiswas starlet John Gorman. Purse your lips, light the blue touch paper and stand well back.

Ever wondered what to do in the event of a nuclear threat?
A while ago I found stuff that inspired me to make this film:
Living Under the Shadow of the Nuclear Umbrella
Both artistic (ensure you get the background music!) and educational, it primarily comprises official British government civil defence advice.
Though source materials are quite aged, much remains relevant today.
