Born in the deep recesses of Blackpool in early 2005, the virus spread across Lancashire pulling in musicians from the farthest reaches. The premise is simple, no xXxfashionXcorexXx, no trend of the moment, so sorry wizardforce, just straight up pure, honest Metal.
Taking influence from modern masters such as Pantera, Slipknot, Machine Head and Chimaira, Meton also share the same plight as the last two with an ever changing line-up. However with firm foundations and strong material the set backs havent dampened the resolve. For it is the solid belief that as trends come and go, this music will stand the test of time.
2006 saw the band embark on a 12 night tour across the UK alongside the astounding Anti-Chamber and begin work in the studio for their as yet untitled EP due early 2007.

Things aren't going to bad, Played the first Gig in about a year and a half last month, then Dan our other guitarist got cubital tunnel syndrome because I write stupid imposible riffs and now can't play guitar until it's better.
