If you like spending hours at the Gym then Metzner is not for. I dance at their Concerts and already I've lost 35 pounds. You can get a greasy hamburger for a buck or you can get sexy sleek abs like mine for the price of Metzners's new CD. Good show last night guys. My body aches because I was dancing so hard. GO!
