Meuthana embarked on its evolutionary journey back in the late summer of 2002, when Oli Griffiss & Holly Gordon separated from a covers band to form an acoustic duet.
An eclectic mix of original material soon urbanized, interspersed with jazz/funk flavours, but all of it unique and highly palatable. A sound rich in melody and silver-tongued in delivery. Palpably described as smooth, cool, jazzy and upbeat, it is mildly yet unashamedly cliché, but most of all profoundly inoffensive with its broad spectrum of appeal.
