Mark started playing the drums in the 3rd grade. Got his first drumset soon after. "The
earliest gig I remember was at a religious event. I remember an older gentleman
coming up after the show to shake my hand. He really thought I did a great job!"
He began working as an apprentice at Studio 84 in Jamesburg, NJ under Bill
Lenk. He was doing some fill-ins gigs with Ernie White and Aviator and went
with them to Puerto Rico as their Lighting Director. Spent some time with Harmzway
in the eighties during the days with the big productions and Big Hair metal.
Later with Slee and eventually Unguided Missile where he honed his skills as
an improvising musician with John Bushnell and Angel Resto. Soon after he played
with the critically acclaimed Mila Drumke.
Most recently Mark left the steady drumming spot in the Ernie White Band to
concentrate on family, work, and a solo career.
