MG3 ( The Matt Gerovac trio ) is the sum of three parts. Singer / songwriter / guitarist Matt Gerovac met drummer Brandon Petersen soon after arriving in Los Angeles after a 2,700 mile jaunt from Cleveland. Shortly thereafter, bassist Tyler Drake completed the trio. "Never has my music sounded so complete," Matt explains. "This cooperative is a machine - moving together - producing this gushing warm groove, with a deep comfortable pocket that just makes you feel good." Matt, of course, is talking about the Brandon and Tyler rhythm section. MG3 welcomes world-class guest musicans to throw down on recordings and shows. The end result is a new experience with every song, show and track.

Discover the many ways in which The Cajon (Peruvian Box) can be implemented in Pop music. The time has come for this instrument to participate within the percussion section as well as drum-set and different music genders.
•The Class will cover technique for Rock, Country, Jazz, Blues, Funk, Hip Hop, World Music, and how to develop a performance.
•There are no requirements. It is open to beginning students as well as advance.
•Some Cajons are available. You can bring your own Cajon and toys. Come early.
