Formed in 2005, Magnesium Jake’s goal was to create music they felt was missing from the music scene in New England. Forged over the next two years and released in January of 2007, Magnesium Jake cut 9 tracks of pure brutality that include the now crowd favorites “Welcome Mat”, “The Truth”, and “Confession”. 2007 also brought Magnesium Jake a featured spot on 106.9 WCCC’s Homegrown series which helped open new doors and allow them to open up for national acts as well as perform at the best live music venues in New England.
As the boys finish up their second full length disc for an early 2010 release, they will continue to bring their high energy rock show to you one stage at a time.
