I will host this open mic poetry night every 2nd & 4Th Friday of each month. We invite all poets and spoken word artist to come out and share your work.
Some of Atlanta's finest poets perform each month.
Each month we have a different guest featured performance. So, please come join us every 2nd & 4th friday at 8:00pm. You can share your poetry, or just listen. Either way it will be a laid back and positive atmosphere for creative expression.

Who I'd like to meet: "The Tabernacle"
Our goals express our philosophy of what "The Tabernacle" Coffee House is....
1. To provide entertainment and relaxation in a Christian
manner and atmosphere.
2. To encourage fellowship among believers.
3. To provide a "unity-of-the-body" ministry transcending
denominational barriers.
4. To provide an alternative to worldly entertainment
such as bars and night clubs.
5. To provide a place where the lost can be brought for
low key suttle witnessing or those who will not come
to a church service.
6. To showcase local Christian talents.
7. To provide a reasonable level of food and beverage
which will accomodate the other aspects of the ministry.
8. To operate a non-profit basis and yet be self
sustaining.
9. To cater to everyone.

Never before has this been done, and hopefully it will be successfully repeated after this all over the world, again and again….
Our aim is to bring together poets from all over, who produce all
genres of poetry for a night of mingling, poetry, shameless self
promotion…. Each poet will have the poetry to read their work on
stage, sell their work to those who would like to buy, and mingle with
the best poets of our generation.

And the owner of STUDIO PARK in Atlanta has been gracious enough to open his doors to us without charging us ANYTHING!!!
Guys, you seriously CAN’T miss this~you HAVE to be there! It is the
chance of the lifetime, and the bigger we make it, the more attention
we poets will get.
