GAUCHO’S MALAMBO DANCE SHOW
This dance is similar to the Flamenco Spanish
tap dance – it is a masculine and energetic danceconsisting of "zapateo" (tapping with the feet),
and is performed by the GAUCHO as a solo.
Traditionally, it is presented at every National folk
dance in South America,
and it simulates a dispute among the gauchos
– the main gaucho character challenges the other gauchosto see who makes better moves and more thunderous taps.
The Malambo dance form was born in the early
17th century in the Pampas grasslands of Argentina,
and originated as a tournament of gaucho (cowboy) skills,
danced solely by men. Rhythmic, unruly and characterized
by virtuoso foot work, malambo dancing incorporates a
an amazing series of heel tapping (resembling American tap dance)and cepillada (grazing the floor with the sole of the foot).

The Malambo is an exciting and synergistic dance, which alternately celebrates life, death, and rebirth with inimitable Argentine Flair. Malambo was born of the often, mythic Gaucho. The Gaucho Plainsman, is a strongly individualistic equestrian with macho values, whose psychological makeup was formed in the rugged and exotic the grassland of the Pampas, which formed the subculture of Gauchos of the exotic Pampas. Darwin once wrote about Patagonia, at the edge of the Equator. Born in the 1600’s out of at the edge of the Equator in the mythical Patagonia plains, the Malmabo has all the earmarks of the scorching flamenco, and the precision of the tango. Malambo is whimsical in its expression and in its philosophy, a moving and powerful cutting-edge dance that has marveled and endeared audiences throughout the world. The show will be cross-promoted with native Argentine Indians tribes. Malambo is a Gaucho on his horse in the open sea of the evergreen Pampa. His soul is communicated with his body and the rhythm of his horse. In Conclusion, Malambo origins are in essence a Gaucho Tournament. The Gauchos demonstrate their native skills and abilities, with the natural gravitation of the Gaucho will; which in conclusion, is the human translation of the gravitation of the universe. The concept of the show is to provide entertainment, art, imagination, education and noble values with flair, an executed with expertise skill. Their will be retail based merchandise.

V. PERSONNEL & MANAGEMENT
The company CEO Gaston Mantero has extensive experience building shows, choreographing, hiring talent, AND overseeing large groups of artists and production personnel in live venues throughout the United States and Europe, having successfully owned and operated for various enterprises for a number of years. As a professional choreographer and teacher, Gaston is uniquely qualified to develop an entertainment and education venue. Mr. Mantero, has choreographed for the 1984 Olympic games in Los Angeles, Golden Gate Park Festival, Off-Broadway and most recently at the Mark Taper forum. His productions have received awards from the city of Los Angeles and garnered rave reviews in the Los Angeles Times. Mr. Mantero studied dance under the tutorship of renowned Bolshoi Ballet Dancer Vladimir Tronowsky. Mr. Mantero has taught dance at the American Academy for the performing Arts. OPEN FOR BUSINESS We will open for business on January 1, 2010, starting with 100 dancers, choreographers. We project healthy revenues by the end of the SECOND year, and expect to nearly triple that by the end of 20010. Our biggest operating expenses will be compensation at industry standard rates for our highly-qualified personnel, and rent on our facilities, improved for our purposes during the start-up period. We would like to grow into four separate venues to be available to contract out, eventually, but growth is planned conservatively, and to be financed from existing cash flow as we go. We anticipate a net profit beginning in the second year.

VI. MARKET ANALYSIS SUMMARY
