MHP is one of only few Techno music producers in China and is called “Shanghai’s son of Techno”. His music genre is Detroit Techno，Minimal Techno, Electronica.As an early member of independent electronic music producer in China, he began to engage in computer music production and organized his experimental electronic music band“AITAR” in 2000, meanwhile he had two independent albums released and got attention
from British Music Magazine “WIRE”.
With his music style turning to dance music in 2004, he started to be active in many localelectronic music promotions performances and joined many electronic Music organizations as ANTIDOTE, PAUSE, VOID etc. During that time, MHP attended numbers of variety performances in China and performed with world class musicians such as “the godfather of
Techno” Juan Atkin, British Techno master Surgeon in the same stages
In 2008 he was invited to join “ENOISE” msician project” which organized by fashion brand“ENO” and released his own clothe products named by MHP.
Due to his theater education background, he produced soundtracks for many dramas, movies and televisions and involved in a lot of sound design works during 2000 to 2005.In 2007 he composed for animated film “BONDA” which attended “Jelly Time” exhibition in Shanghai Art Museum.
Besides MHP’s independent music production, he also produced soundtracks for commercials like CCTV, BUICK, CHEVROLET, VOGUE and ADIDAS etc.

MHP是中国大陆为数不多的Techno电子音乐制作人，被誉为“上海Techno之子”，音
乐风格为底特律Detroit Techno，Minimal Techno, Electronica。
作为国内较早的独立电子音乐人，他从2000年起开始接触电脑音乐，组建电子乐团
AITAR并独立发行两张专集，受包括英国电子音乐杂志《WIRE》等媒体的关注。
2004年起他的风格转向电子舞曲，活跃于多个本土电子音乐推广活动。先后加入
ANTIDOTE ,PAUSE,VOID等电子音乐组织。期间MHP在国内进行各类形式的演
出，并同众多国外一流的电子音乐人同台合作。如Techno音乐教父Juan
Atkins,Robert Hood英国电子音乐代表人物Surgeon等...
由于戏剧教育的背景2000年至2005年期间参与大量影视戏剧作品的配乐和Sound
Design工作。
2007年参与了动画作品《BONDA》的作曲，同年该作品参加了上海美术馆“果冻
时代”展览。
2008年担任复旦大学视觉艺术学院新媒体专业-电子音乐教师。
2008年应邀加入潮流品牌ENO的音乐人计划，并且推出以MHP命名的相关服装产品。
2009年参与动画电影《无敌乒乓兔子》的作曲工作，该片参加同年法国嘎那电影
节新片推荐会。
除了独立音乐创作外，他应邀制作多个商业品牌的商业音乐，包括CCTV，BUICK
别克，CHEVROLET雪佛莱，VOGUE, ADIDAS等
曾经报道过MHP的媒体包括：东方卫视，ICS外语频道，东方广播电台，南京人民
广播电台，东方早报，英国《WIRE》，《音乐时空》...
