rudy and his mom were talking about who had come to ohio out of his friends and your name entered the conversation at that time. and actually, we talked about you (well your dog/you) to friends of his while i was there also. so you were a hot topic of discussion!

I love that you have Bare Necessities on your myspace. We have Jungle Book (which comes out soon on DVD) on our baby list. Our kid is definitely growing up with this classic.

disturbed?? come on, it's awesome. i am doing well, how are you?? are you still in s.c. doing film/media stuff? i will be FINALLY finishing my master's in the summer. since starting this job i've worked on my thesis maybe once or twice, it's pathetic. once that's done it'll be a load off, but i'll get right into substance abuse counseling licensure. it never ends... :) and i'm sure when that's over, i will be convinced to take classes at seminary for fun!

speaking of which, you still in/around CIU?

p.s. cellar door productions?? that's the name of my blog. from donnie darko. awesome movie.

i actually AM going to wembley in a couple of weeks!! not for football, though - for a concert (i'm seeing MUSE). i'm excited!! they have just recently opened up the new wembley stadium - it was practically the only thing in the news a few weeks back.

how's things with you?

We were on the fence about it. Ended up decided to stay here living in a big house instead of living out there in a small apartment. If I got a big offer out there with a big enough pay raise, you better believe I'd be there. Same goes with going back to South Carolina.

Hey Mark, thanks for adding me. Been a while man. The profile looks great. Still haven't seen LOTR yet, I think someone in my family got it so I'll just have to borrow it from one of them sometime. Catch you later.

Hm...I suppose my approach to the question was, "Who do I find myself facinated by and desire to question further?"

That's kind of the thinking behind Gore. Primarily due to his 'We have a moral obligation...' quote... a desire to figure out where exactly that obligation comes from in his worldview.

Clarification: Al Gore is not my hero. Merely interesting.

I finally saw your trailer for the game. Not bad, I had to laugh though when you started narrating, it would be cool if you had some russian guy doing the narrating to balance out the JFK speech. The final logo appearance was crazy rad too with it coming out of the clouds like a dark simpson's episode.

Mar 6 2007 1:43 PM

hey mark - i had another one of those, "i saw something in london and though of you" moments recently. late friday night, i was coming home on the tube and this GUY IN A KILT got on! it was no ordinary kilt either; it was sort of a punkified kilt, with chains and like a pin of a machine gun on it. and he was wearing doc martens boots with it. he was standing in the middle of the carriage, fully confident in all of his punk kilt-wearing glory. i really wished that i had a camera to take a picture. he probably would have killed me, though. anyway, just thought i'd share that. hope you're having a splendid day!

just had to tell you that i thought about you today - i was walking down regent street and passed by a "scottish wear" shop. walls of tartan kilts, man! i could only imagine what your reaction would have been, and it made me chuckle. :) hope you're having a good day!

Too bad you couldn't come over with Nuggles or Clinebelle. Katie and I are planning on being at Vance's wedding, but don't know if the baby will get in the way of those plans!

You kids and your "MySpace." When I was your age all we had was email on a dialup connection -- and by George we liked it! Damn whippersnappers....
