Mia Muze is Tokyo born, Sydney raised, lives on NE Coast QLD. Lived abroad in Colorado where she was hugely influenced by hip hop. Musically, background is 90s Aussie Rock and Funk and Jazz, the Alternative Hip Hop artist has more recently been producing Downtempo electronica. Her music has also been recognised in genres; Soul, Breakbeat and Power Pop.

Currently composes in her home studio Surfers Paradise, records, produces and mixes at the Gold Coast Conservatorium. Has recieved attention worldwide, press includes international online radio airplay, national fm radio airplay record of the year nominations (2007 +2008) and top ten including number 1 on unsigned charts...

Industry Releases include: Demo Ep, Leave (Albertown mixdown) Single, Sampler 08 and Quiet Storm.

Muze just finished song writing and performing vox in Indy band 'Broken Down Van' . The first in a new series of mini 3 track ep's; BPM Sessions Vol 1. which includes tracks, Country to Hiphop, My Own Song and The Hustle. The EP's official release is 31 October 2009. Happy Halloween.
