Micah Carter (born May 10, 1982), Better Known As Micah scale is a American rapper from Pgh, Pa. Known through out the streets for his hard hitting punch line style and as a fearsome battle emcee. Scale first began spitting at the lunch tables in Wilkinsburg high school since the age of 15. He has appeared on several mixtapes and has been featured on three studio albums. Recently, Scale relocated to California to pursue his music career.
Scale is noted for his "hardcore street flow", dark semi-autobiographical lyrics and storytelling abilities. But lives by the motto, "The streets is where I'm from but not what I am." Being thrown out of his mother and fathers homes at 16, Scale pursued the drug life and eventually jail. After his trail, he went back to high school and received his high school diploma at 21. Then he decided to pursue hip hop music full time.
