Not much to say! other then we're from Elmira NY We got together back in 2003. We play from the heart, We are not a band that writes POP Rock, although we don't have anything against Pop music it just not what we feel when we plug in...although after a few beers we've been known to feel anything you can throw at us!. we sound like no other band in the past 20 years nor do we try too. You either love us or hate us and thats the way we like it! We gig souly for the love of music and the brotherhood of getting to know YOU! In late 2007 M.O.G. was forced to make a lineup change when long time and Still Great friend/guitarist , Jim steped out due to circumstance' beyond The bands and Jim's control. A little disharted, the band then made a name change. To Chuck,Paul and Jesse their direction was never in dout. With Chuck's simple but effective guitar riffs and ever changing vocal styles along with Jesse's thunderess old school groove!! the core of the sound and song writting was and is on Chuck and Jesse. They seen this as a oppurtunity to write heavier melodic music true to their hearts... In early 2008 they started working on ideas and demos, then in the spring of 2008 Mice Of Gods plans were to maintain as a three pice unit but just by a stroke of luck Chuck stumbled upon John. we shot the shit for a few and went about our day, well John kept reminding Chuck he was looking for a band so after a few chatts chuck ask john to stop by for a jam!!! John was added to the line up and it fit like a glove. This lineup is the lineup all bands should have! We have fun onstage, in the studio or chillin infront of the TV. eating chicken wings... John is a great addition to the band and brings alot to the table and don't forget about Paul who is a dedicated always there meek motherfucker. He is like that old pair of shoes that you can't do without. These four guy's injoy every oppurtunity they get to entertain those who understand them... For those who don't? We Salute you too!
