A little about me : I started tapping on an old Stratocaster about 25 years ago . When Steve Vai & Ibanez came out with the 7-String Universe. I knew I could use the extra low B ( great for jazzy bass lines) so I bought one of the first ones (serial 333 ) , and then later 2 more . I then added a 10-string Chapman Stick(tm) to the family. You can check out Stick.com for more info on these babies. I had an idea of a guitar with 14-strings so I could tap the same area of the fretboard with both hands instead of always having to tap an octave higher with the right hand. Several guitar builders down here said it couldn't be done until I met the gifted luthier Bob Mason and he said " let's do it ". As you can see it was a success . ZTAR ! Ztar is a mid guitar controller invented and built by Harvey Starr of Starr labs in San Diego CA.(www.starrlabs.com). That's my main instrument of choice these days . Since it is totally polyphonic , I can play many notes at a time on the same string! (up to 128). Don't get me wrong I still like traditional guitars and all that , but c'mon , the future is upon us!

Hi Michael, I hope that Vegas was great. I just spent an hour checking out Hank Marvin on youtube. My original guitar hero from the 1950's. Beautiful sound. The Moose fired me so no more Moose Tuesdays. I don't know what they have planned for Tuesdays as Caroline didn't let on. Let's get together soon so I can tell you how much I love your new CD. Robert
