Just Posted***ATOMIC PEACH BOY's cover of the Nick Lowe Classic "Cruel to be Kind". APB is finishing mixing a bunch of new recordings. David Biglin, Chris Breetveld and I have been tracking the last few weeks and I'm really excited about how it's all sounding. I'm psyched to be playing in this unique creative pop/rock trio with these cats. Stay tuned for live show announcements. A new multi dimensional project with visionary multi-instrumentalist, composer, producer David Biglin is in the works with live shows forming. With David, the studio becomes one large laboratory where the boundaries of what is possible become extremely elastic, where the sculpting and shaping, melts into a painting of the sonic terrain. More info and music coming soon........ ATOMIC PEACH BOY www.myspace.com/atomicpeachboy. It's a power packed trio playing smokin versions of classic pop/rock gems. Stay tuned for more info: David Biglin: Guitar/Vocals (www.myspace.com/davidbiglin), Chris Breetveld: Bass/Vocals (www.myspace.com/thebreetles), MD, Drums/vocals.
I'm a member of Wildlife, featuing Jeff Ciampa;guitar, Ed Bialek;keys/samplers and Mark Egan on bass. Our music cross pollinates many genres of musc producing our own unique improvisational voice. Video 1: 12/8 Improvisation with Bob Magunson, sax and Tony Cimorosi, bass. Drumming heals and protects and balances. Maybe it's getting out of the way and listening more. Being ready. Following hunches, blips of thought that somehow turn themselves into music. I'm humbled by the process. I love collaborating more than ever. Reading some great stuff by Ed Matchett, Dane Rudyhar, Emerson, Eckhart Tolle, Hazrat Inyat Khan, and Joesph Cambell.
