    Hey Mikey!  How are you?  Right now it's after 9pm in Wales and still bright and sunny outside!  Sun will go down soon and be up again around 4am.....wow...this place is amazing.  Miss the whole group and enjoy seeing your family photos.  Been keepin' up by looking at them.  Take Care and say hi to wifey for me :)

    The Secretary of HUD announced Friday that the $8,000 Tax credit for buying a home was approved for use as a down payment! We should see details on how this will be implemented within the next few weeks. This will definitely help a lot of people get into their first home.     Hey. Yep Tatum is finally getting more teeth in. She still only has one that you can see at this point. She talks non stop though. Runs around with her head cut off like a chicken. lol. She's a mommy girl thank god. I take her to the doctors on june 2nd so Ill have to let you know ger weight and tall ness. Love ya.:)
