Mike sang and played a bunch of the instruments on his solo disc, but when he really wanted it to sound good he enlisted the help of some old friends: Dave Roe, Drake Leonard and Joey Spampinato came by to play bass, Joey brought his lovely wife, Kami Lyle, to play trumpet. Bob Mummert, Michael Organ, Billy Block, Paul Griffith, Sam Bacco, Dan Spomer, David Eggleston and Jack Irwin all found something to bang on at one time or another. Mike Lucas helped out on guitar cause he good. Jack Irwin and Gregg Wetzel played piano, organ and assorted keyboards. Kim Richey, Randy Kohrs and cousin Johnny O'Brien all lent their golden voices. Pat Barber came up with the title for "Stratisfaction," and Jack Irwin helped produce the CD, he engineered and mixed it too.
