blueberries, forgotten corners of rooms, dust in sunbeams, liminal states, sleepless
nights, sitting still, insight
meditation, breathing, the smell of wet earth in a dark forest, forgetting
any concept of culture, remembering before i was born, thinking about existence
without humans, old and overlooked places...
From
the paradoxical human and media sources:
soundtracks of tarkowsky and jodorowsky that each in their own way 'seeded'
my will to create, that elusive feeling of a good song (such as from bert jansch,
clive palmer, anne briggs, roy harper, sandy denny, simon finn, vashti bunyan,
scott walker, and so many others), the more 'stoned' minimalists, music that
CREATES experiences, watching black and white movie on a small old tv late at
night, long conversations after coincidental meetings, the sounds of a scratchy
radio in remote places...
