I grew up on the North Shore of Hawaii and began to learn music at age 12. I played saxophone in intermediate and in high school. At Kuhuku High School. I was in wind ensemble, symphonic, jazz, and marching band. After graduating high school I produced commercials for Cox Radio, Honolulu, Hawaii, which is composed of 5 major stations. I learned the radio business and began volunteering for Musical Youth of Hawaii, teaching teens the art of DJing under the supervision of James Coles. . After Cox Radio, I worked for V.R.E. Radio producing commercials and gaining more respect in Hawaii. When I moved to the mainland in 2008, I began to work on this album.
