Hello, my name is Michael I’m passionate about real estate and all the wonderful people that I have the privilege to meet and work with-year after year. Prior to real estate, I enjoyed a 22 year career in the media, wherein I established and sold three consumer magazines. Let me say that I’m a big fan of networking and I think myspace is a good place for it. So with that in mind I would greatly appreciate it if you had the time to read my Real estate blog,(here) Real Estate Credit Blog and hopefully leave me a blog comment with any of your thoughts on credit and how it effects so much in the Real estate business. Hopefully I’m not asking to much but it would mean a lot to me coming from someone with your kind of real estate background.
