I don't listen to much. I generally like the fast, harsh beat of death metal even if I don't agree with the lyrics, but there are a wide variety of songs by different artists that catch my ear from time to time. I'm drawn more to music based on the emotional response it stirs than I am to the quality or genre of the music. _________________________

I don't watch a whole lot of TV any more. Most the shows I liked have long since been taken off the air, stuff like: Farscape, The Invisible Man, Sliders (before Sci-Fi picked it up), Stargate, and my all time favorite Babylon 5! _________________________

About me: Angel or Demon, Champion or Destroyer. There are two sides of the coin: the man I was born to be, and the man I choose to be. Polar Opposites, Mortal Enemies, Irreconcilable. I walk the fine line through the eye of the paradox. I can't change what I am, healing has been denied to me, but I can master the storm! I can break its power, bend it to my will, and choose to walk a path contrary to my nature! Though I can not cast this ravenous dark hunger down, I can choose in what ways it will be fed. It may be that I can't prevent it from doing harm, but I can take that harm upon myself and be true to my pledge. I came into this world a monster, it's not how I'll leave it! It's not what you are that defines you, it's how you choose to live with it.
The Rikti were fun... but the truly wild mass battles were the ones with the Circle of Thorns and their demon portals. The portals needed to be destroyed. But if you got too close to one, or attacked it at range, 3 Behemoth demons (two minions and one lieutenant) would come through the portal to attack you every 20 seconds or so, until the portal was destroyed. If the previous 3 demons weren't dead before the next wave came in, the battle would just grow and grow. The point was to make the heroes destroy the portal first. But our team was a well oiled one, we'd be fighting a marathon battle with a room literally packed full of Behemoths for 30 minutes... 45 minutes... however long we wanted. These battles were so fast and furious, I never had an opportunity to snap any pics. The XP gains were as insane as the fighting, until Cryptic finally pulled the plug on it. Those were the days! PvP will NEVER match it in sheer adrenal intensity.
