I am a classically trained pianist turned bass player. I fell in love with the bass instrument a couple of years ago and now can handle any musical chart given to me. I sight read music and tabs better than most and I've been told that my timing is "right on".
My influences include Victor Wooten, Sting, John Entwistle, John Paul Jones, Mark King and Paul McCartney. I love all kinds of music, although most of my performances have circled around jazz lately. I have been fortunate to take lessons from the amazing Rob Thorsen and I currently play with Jukebox a cover band in San Diego that performs at Corporate events and weddings. I have also played with "The Latin Connection", as well as other various trios. I've performed at the Catalina Jazz Club, invitee at Monterey Jazz Festival (Next Generation venue), Dizzy's, Corporate events (Qualcom), Del Mar Fair and many other venues. I love music, but I love to perform more!!
