Basically, I am a modern mystic..... I believe and live by Spirit Led Living... I believe and experience that we are all Spiritual Beings having and earthly or physical existence.
I believe we are all teachers on some level....and students. For me God works & expresses through people and situations.... All is God... all is Divine and in Divine Right Timing. My peace comes in aligning to this. My life experience has shown me me we are all here to connect, to experience, to create and allow our full radiant self expression.
I believe "karma" is simply cause and effect as in vedic and esoteric teaching; in the sense of paying back is obsolete. We are in the present moment connecting and co-creating our reality. Yes, there is fate or destiny and within that I do have free will to co-create within the Divine Plan for the highest good; which to me means we all have a lot of creative input and a lot to share, receive and give.
The connecting, healing of the 144,000; which is billions is now. And, this is a very pivitol time in the life cycle. What each of us thinks and does is relevant and is assisting in creating greater consiousness.~~ Remember who you truly are~ A Divine Spiritual Being~ expressing, living and being........ and experiencing this human/earthly life.....
You are both human, transcendent & divine......and your freedom lies in knowing this.
I love the modern world. I'm a bit of a techy....yet, shamanically trained. I love the blending of the dychotomies of life & living. The truth for me is that spirit is behind all things great and small. And, God is spirit expressing through us as us...
I love helping people access this truth, live it. To me we are all meant to live full sprectrum to create fulfillment.... And, in some way share what we have or know.....
My love of music has been since a small child. As a Latina, food, music and sharing this with friends & family was always important in our household. My parents had a great music collection-very diverse. I loved to move, to ride my bike, to skateboard.... to dance My parents always said I came out dancing....
Now, I dance to my inner rhythm and flow of life. I get a great joy & fulfillment from assisting others to connect with their own inner being and dance to their life with joy & fulfilment.
My love of devotional music, chanting and creating guided imagery and meditation processes comes from my dharma- My Life Work...... which chose me...
I have always felt a deep connection to God- to spirit & my spiritual nature. I have always felt universal.....beyond labels, religion and ethnicity. I have always felt a deep connection to All That Is & humanity. I have felt of another world and of this world and lived centered in between ultimately seeing & experiencing they are one....

My hope is for people to use my meditations, breathwork and meditation processes to go deeper within, connect with themselves, their inner guidance and to recognize, realize the truth of who they are.... A Divine Spiritual Being.
In this state one is never alone. One always feels their connection to everyone, everything and all of nature. In this state life is magical.
We all are truly divine mystics having an earthly experience. We all are... Some of us just wake up to this sooner.
A main focus for me is as a spiritual life coach & psychic medium/trance channeler.
I feel blessed to have the use & memory of the gift of intuition & channeling since age 4. This blessings has allowed me to always feel the grace of God and oneness with The All That is & other spiritual realms, beings & emanations of light.
For this reason I know & have experienced we all are one.
I await the day that this is more in main stream consciousness- with everyone feeling connected to their higher self, connected to God (in the way they perceive), connected to the truth of who they are and using their intuiton/inner knowing living & being in harmony.
In my small way I am helping to assist in this, keeping clear & evolving, learning & growing myself, and assisting others on their divine life soul path.
I blend the metaphysical, spiritual, psychological & the transpersonal. On one level it is all the same, just different ways of expressing. We need to integrate it all to live full spectrum.
I also am a tv host working in my field on tv & video projects and am very focused in conscious media & tv. I express as an author and artist also. I like to say express as instead of I am a tv host, life coach, etc, etc.... as these are roles....merely ways of expressing divine energy. We are spiritual beings.... We are beyond our labels, titles & rolse; yet express through them. :)
I believe we are all vehicles for source expression. We are perfect in our divine expression of ourselves. It is simply waking up to this.
We are enlightened.....in various forms and degrees and the more we tap into this, live this the more we feel, experience & express our light.
We are Self In Light

Each of us is needed. Our energy, our expression. There are no mistakes in the Universe.
God does not make "mistakes" Every tree, every animal being, every human being every situation is an expression of the All That Is, that is us. We are The All That Is and as we shift, change evolve and allow more light, love, creativity and Divine Expression this is what we will see & experience endlessly.

Having completed the whole kundalini awakening . . . resting for a while in Sedona . . . choice and free will is returning to my life experience. Like springtime.
Severe and painful illness is now clearing up with the light, the spring, prayer and healing from friends and the majestic magic of goji berries. I am blessed to regain health again. Like springtime.
