Michelle DeFraites is a 16-year-old singer, dancer, and actress currently residing in Burbank, California. She is a rising new star in the Los Angeles teen entertainment scene.
Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Michelle was a member of the tween singing group “4 Part Angel” from 2005–2007. Their CD “On The Radio” gathered local attention when they toured the Hurricane Katrina-devastated Gulf Coast region performing benefit concerts for the Salvation Army, the Red Cross, and the Boys and Girls Clubs. They were featured on “Good Morning America,” were guests on “The Montel Williams Show,” and were named “Kids of the Month” on www.amazing-kids.org.
In 2008, Michelle moved to the Los Angeles area to pursue a solo career. Since that time, she has appeared in television commercials for the Wii game “Ultimate Band” and “Ener-G Gymnasts,” she recently filmed a commercial for Sony Free Realms, was in the Miley Cyrus "7 Things" music video and the Justin Bieber/Usher "One Time" music video, and has done photoshoots for shopping malls across the country. She has done numerous voice-overs for Disney.com, and was featured in their series of “U Rock The Summer” videos in the summer of 2008. In February 2009, she guest-starred on the Disney Channel series ”Hannah Montana” and coming out this summer she will co-star on "Suite Life On Deck."
