About me: You know how some business owners have customers that owe them money...and they always struggle with trying to collect it?
They are frustrated with not getting paid, having to make collections calls and often just ignore the problem.
What I do is teach business owners and entrepreneurs how to collect what is owed to them now and prevent past due accounts in the future...so they can make more money with less effort.
With the economy in the state it is in right now, everyone needs all the help they can get to survive.
I have worked in the debt collection industry for 20 years. I am a successful business woman and the author of an award winning book as well as 6 other published books. I am the founder and president of my 10 year old Credit & Collections Association with thousands of members. I am also on the board of directors for D'acres, an organic farm in Dorchester, NH and on my local ZBA.
I started M.A.D. Collection Agency in January 1998, so I could be home with my children and have a more flexible schedule. I started my Credit & Collections Association which is now on it's 10th year for professionals in the debt collection industry, credit managers, people starting a collection agency, business owners and anyone who wants to learn how to collect money and network. I now have thousands of members and offer e-courses to teach entrepreneurs how to deal with bad debt and late paying customers.
I have been featured on MSNBC, in Forbes, Smart Money, The Wall Street Journal, Ladies Home Journal,Entrepreneur magazine, Professional Collector, Credit & Collections Risk, the NH Business Review,and in many books, newspapers and magazines worldwide.
