About De Haan

My full name is Michiel de Haan and I like playing around with sound. The music I make is just that - music. But then a bit different I hope, music with a twist. Unfortionately I haven't been able to create anything new for the last two years as all my equipment was/is stacked away due to a rebuilding. But in a matter of weeks I hope to have all that finished.

So from now on do come by now and then for new things!

I am also a member of De Haan/Spruit, where I play guitar and create the occasional mix-track for Marc (turntables) to mix with. We do play live now and then. So if you want to hear, meet or greet be invited!.

De Haan/Spruit are experimental musicians and long-time friends Marc Spruit and Michiel de Haan from Alphen a/d Rijn (NL) whose guitar and turntablism work results in dynamic and intense improvisations with carefully-placed silence playing a vital role.
